CBG Building Company is one of the nation’s largest residential building contractors. CBG builds over 5,000 housing units per year. With over 30 years of experience, CBG has constructed over 120,000 housing units, over 20,000 student housing beds (including the largest net zero student housing community in North America), and over 30 million SF of LEED projects. CBG’s footprint spans the United States with offices in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and California. CBG is one of the CRC family of companies which also includes a national real estate development firm (CRC Companies) and a national energy services company (CEG Solutions). Tad leads CBGs public-private partnership (P3) efforts including consortium formation, solicitation responses, and management of the CBG team. In addition, given Tad’s previous experience as real estate investment banker and real estate development executive, Tad leads equity & debt sourcing and transaction and financing structuring / negotiations. Tad works closely with CBG’s related companies, CRC Companies and CEG Solutions, to increase the value we provide to our public sector partners. Tad is also a frequent speaker at P3 and higher education conferences.
