Sewon Kim

Sewon Kim has over 28 years of experience in the finance industry, with a primary focus on providing public finance investment banking services to airports, departments of transportation, transit agencies, toll road authorities and seaport issuers nationally. During her public finance career, Ms. Kim has senior managed over 100 municipal debt financings with a total par value of over $75 billion. She has substantial transportation sector knowledge in a broad spectrum of credit structures and has updated and advised clients on structuring, financial products, timing, and issuance strategies to efficiently access capital markets. Prior to joining Siebert Williams Shank, Ms. Kim worked in the transportation groups at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Bear Stearns. Prior to joining the public finance industry, she worked as a Senior Analyst in the Economics Consulting Group at Deloitte & Touche where she provided financial analyses for multi-national corporations. Ms. Kim received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and holds FINRA Series 7, 50, 52, 53, 63 and 79 licenses.
