Lisa Eisenberg serves as the Senior Director of Debt Management at the Ohio Treasurer's Office. In that capacity she oversees in the issuance, management, and payment of the Ohio's $10 billion debt portfolio. Throughout her career Ms. Eisenberg has managed the sale of over $19 billion in municipal bonds including general obligation, appropriation, conduit, revenue, and other credit structures. She is the Vice President of the State Debt Management Network, Events Committee Chairwoman of Ohio Women in Public Finance, a member of Ohio University’s Finance Advisory Council, and part of the Bond Buyer’s 2021 class of Rising Stars. Ms. Eisenberg holds a BA in Actuarial Science from the Ohio State University, an MBA from Ohio University, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
