Geoff Proulx, Managing Director and Head of Affordable Housing, Morgan Stanley. Mr. Proulx is the Head of Morgan Stanley’s Affordable Housing Group. He joined Morgan Stanley in June 2008 from UBS, where he was a member of its housing group since 1997. He has 32 years of combined housing banking and legal experience. He is a technical banker and has extensive experience in the implementation of innovative single-family and multifamily financing structures. Mr. Proulx holds an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School with a concentration in finance. He is also an attorney and practiced law at a large Boston law firm after having received a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. He received his B.A. cum laude from Middlebury College. Mr. Proulx serves on the Board of Trustees of a large provider of shelter, healthcare, and job training for homeless in New York City.
