David Quam is the president and founder of 56 Capitals and is the Senior US Advisor to the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA). In this role, David provides strategic counsel to GIIA on federal, state, and local infrastructure-related policies. He advocates before Congress, governors, and state legislatures on the importance of private capital in infrastructure development and management and coordinates with other industry leaders and interest groups to promote effective infrastructure policy. David is a former counsel with Dentons and Nelson Mullins. He also served as the Deputy Executive Director of the National Governors Association and counsel to the US Senate Judiciary Committee.
