Mr. McNulty joined RIHousing as the Manager of Treasury and Capital Planning in April of 2017, with a primary focus on issuance and structure of housing bonds. Prior to joining RIHousing, Mr. McNulty worked for Bank of America, N.A. and its predecessor FleetBoston Financial, in the Treasury group, where he was responsible for the management of the fixed income portfolio with an emphasis on mortgage backed securities (MBS). Mr. McNulty received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
